Delete your data

How to ask us to delete it

• Email support@ngozi.ng from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Ngozi data”.
• If you signed up with Facebook or Google, tell us which one.
• Or sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account and send the pre-filled email.

We will confirm by email, then delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, including name, photo, phone number and location.
• All your ads and their photos.
• Your messages and ratings.
• Any verification selfies, if we still hold them.

We may keep minimal records where the law requires, for example to handle a fraud report.

Remove Ngozi from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Select Ngozi and choose Remove. This stops Facebook sharing data with us. Then email us as described above to delete the data we already hold.
